Backward Chaining in newer versions

I'm just started studing/working with PEGA, and find a lot of older versions materials that references a Change Tracking tab in Declare Expression rule(I know i can change to legacy expression in actions to use this) after 8.3 its not there anymore. Is there any other way i can set a Declare Expression to Backward Chaining?
