availability of VBD node

We are using Pega 7.1.9 and Pega marketing 7.13 in our project. I could see the VBD is mapped to only one node in path

Designer Studio -> Decisioning->Infrastructure->Services

But, VBD has been installed in all 4 WAS nodes of our application.

Does it picks only node which is been defined in path Designer Studio -> Decisioning->Infrastructure->Services?

Please find screenshot and provide more insights on this.

That IP and port is for the VBD client to connect.  The service can run on multiple nodes as you have defined.
