Automatic way of dial IVR Options/extensions
Hello,
We are using Pega Call and Pega CS 7.1 for a call center application where users frequently make outbound calls to specific organizations to complete the customer needs. In some case they need to make a call, wait for the IVR menu and dial the option (ex: press 1 for English) or extensions.
If we can pre-define the IVR-options/ extension, is there a OOTB way to automate the process of dialing the option/ extension with a single click?
