In a project where I am developing, where we use the web chatbot, we would like the chat pop-up to appear only for the first incoming chat (for the same CSR); from the next chat, it should be accepted automatically without showing the pop-up.
Currently, the CSR can press either the "decline" or "accept" button: not clicking on the decline button has the same result as waiting, because the pop-up appears again and again.
How can we solve this?
