Hello, I'm an architect with my company and not directly coding in Pega.  We've had Pega a short time and are still learning the best ways to use it.  One area I'm designing is a solution for automated workflows.  Today we have our call center counselors choosing 'Get Next Work' to get the most urgent task from their workbasket.  What I'd like to do is create a business process that is fully automated.  My idea is to create a workbasket only worked by this automation process.  Is there a way to call 'Get Next Work' from stages and steps?  If the process can retrieve the most urgent work item the process flow would automate the business requirements and complete the work, put it back in the workbasket, or route to a counselor workbasket for manual intervention.
