Attachments in PDF are displayed as text instead of link while sending it to external application

We have a requirement where we need to convert an email and all it's related attachments to a PDF. This document is sent to an external application.  The attachments in the PDF are displayed  as text instead of hyperlinks. Attached is the screenshot.

how can we display the attachments in the pdf as a hyperlink so that user can click and download the attachment.
