Attachment Should be Deleted one who uploaded the attachment in pega constellation

Hi All 

I have a requirement of attachment should be deleted based on the uploded user example if the user x uploads the file he should only have access to delete if user y tries to delete it should not perform the action i have tried using the attachment category still not working .
