Attach generated excel file on click of send email Button
Hii Guys,
I have scenario like - on click of send email button I am sending email. We have interface where we manually enter email id and click on send.on click on send button I am generating an excel file.
I want to attach generated excel file n mail and send.
How can I achieve that ?

Hi Pratik,
If you are using Pega PRPC version 8.3 or latest then we don't need to use any of the existing APIs which will take care of sending emails with Attachments/Inline attachments, as we have introduced a New Rule type called Email Automation and here we need to populate the data on to the parameters and from there Automation rule will take care of the rest
ex. You wants to send an email with some attachment , we need to call pxCreateAndSendEmail Automation and populate the recepients on the page and attachments on attachments page by giving the pzInsKey for the rule .
This is a simplified way to create and send emails with enhanced functionalities,
