We are a large project with multiple vendor teams and branched applications. I am automating some of the checks we have in place and creating a dashboard for some increased visibility of product contents. As part of this process I'd like to provide the functionality to view the Branch-Review obj that is created.

Is there an OOTB mechanism for associating Branch-Review OBJ with they rsvs they are merged into?

The current approach is using custom field associated with product instance which would be a manual process and I'd prefer not to modify the respective flow if it's not necessary as this product should be portable to other projects within the organization.
