ArgumentException 0X80070057

Problem description:
Interrogation cause an error when the interrogation is stopped, and a fatal error occurs, when error message is closed Visual Studio will shut down.

Trouble shooting so far:
Run Visual Studio as administrator
Version roll back
Update Symantec from v.12 to v.14
Clear cache, temporary files
