HI,

You can set all CSS styling in Skin rule, IF you are specific to Layout you can set the color in 

Open application Skin >> Container >> Create/ Select the exsisting rule in the container list

update the CSS color, this can be done by 2 ways 

1) by using Mixin  [ reuseable ]

2) by specifying styles
