Application names not listed in the application dropdown after adding the PegaUpgradeTools Component
I downloaded and imported the Pega Upgrade Tools component and added that to my Implementation application and after that i am not seeing my applications in the application dropdown except PEGA RULES.

After adding the PegaUpgradeTools component to your application, if your applications are not showing in the application dropdown and only PegaRULES is visible, it may be because your access group is not pointing to the correct application. Go to your operator record and check the access group—make sure it is set to your actual implementation application, not to PegaRULES or PegaUpgradeTools. Open the access group and confirm that the correct application name and version are selected. Also, check that the built-on applications are not broken. Sometimes, after importing components, the default application changes, so you need to manually switch it back. Try logging out and logging in again or use a private browser window to refresh the settings. This should bring back your application in the dropdown list
