Application behaving unpredictably with openspan version 7.1.63

RUMBA is a host emulator and is behaving unpredictably when user manually uses the sesiosns

After being launched from automation ,when the user types manually, there are some changes in the behaviour seen.

For example we type "HCIR

Tt actually types Ah Ac Ai Ar

"space" becomes "M"

Is there any way we can resolve this
