APPCRASH when start and stop web adapter in 8.0.2025

The code migrated from 8.0.1095 to 8.0.2012 and then 8.0.2025 version.

When web adapter start and stop from automation, the attached error is displayed sometimes at start and sometimes at stop.

OS: Windows 7 enterprise, service pack1, 64 bit

Pega Robotics studio: 8.0.2025

IE is known to have this issue, I don't think that upgrade can cause this issue. Search for "IE APPCRASH", various sites have discussed how you can get around the issue. See if that resolves it.
