Any one using PEGA Text analyzer/PEGA NLP in your projects?

Hi,

Does anyone using PEGA text analyzer/ PEGA NLP in your projects? We are planning to implement it. But the way text analyzer is working is not accurate. It is not giving accurate result.

Please suggest any one has some input on the same?
