Any alternate solution to Campaign rules are withdrawn in CSFS FW in 8.5

Upgraded our application from 7.4 to 8.6.4. Most of rules releated to campaigns are withdrawn in 8.5 because of which campaigns module is not working. Example : Activity : CPMInteractionCampaigns, CL : Rule-PegaCA-Intent-Campaign, RS : PegaAppCA:08-05-01

I could not find any suggestion for this withdrawn rules. Need help
