Antivirus detection and deletion of malicious file fails when uploaded using attach button.

Antivirus Check fails to delete the file when uploaded from attach button through a case. With reference to below article, repository type of attachments are stored in temp folder and tracked for virus check. Need guidance to implement similar functionality for case attachments through when added through OOTB attach button.
