Anonymise Production data

We are in the process of populating one of our lower environments with Test data directly from Production at database level (Bypassing application) and have hit an issue with regards to the field PZPVSTREAM as it is storing a BLOB field. 

Assuming we have populated all other data in applicable tables/fields, what is the solution that we should apply in order to then populate BLOB field, for masking sensitive data inside BLOB?.

Other than pulling the data via an activity and manipulating the same, is there any other solution?
