Allow fullscreen in chatbot widget

Hi, Working on PEGA chatbots with embedded videos, in PEGA development studio the UI allows full screen, but on user portal, full screen is grayed-out(Chrome/IE/Edge). can you help with the correct embedding. this is the source code I have done. thank you

@JemariJosephG I'm really unclear of what you are trying to do here. Chatbots are done using paragraph rules and fields values to display the text messages back and forth. Embedding videos is not something that's supported OOTB, so it's not something that we would have guidance on.
