All the DB triggers are missing from rules schema in Dev/QA env

All the DB triggers are missing from rules schema in Dev/QA env which is resulting no new instance in Data-Rule-Summary(pr4_rule_vw).
How to build triggers back? This application had built 1 year back by some team and now its assigned to us for enhancement and the old team is also not aware how the triggers got missed from dev/qa env.
PRPC v7.1.5
DB-Postgres

Have the triggers been removed or just disabled?  If you need to regenerate them then you can run the generateddl script that comes with the media.  It will generate the ddl of what is missing.  After applying the DDL you will need to run some update commands to get the pr4_rule_vw table repopulated.
