Alignment for text cell properties inside a section

inside UI section was facing issue that in Dynamic Layout with layout format 'Inline grid five items', first cell in each grid was not vertically align with respect to overall alignment of the grid vertically. so solution to the problem is in each of the first cell properties of the inline grid cell elements set the padding like below Cell padding for alignment vertically after adding this in each of the first cell element it looks like below result
