AI module to provide insight from archived data

Hi All,

If anyone could help on this query, it would be much appreciated.

Currently i am trying to give insights to user, when they type any questions / any title. I will be using so old archive data to train the AI module.

I need a help on choosing the correct AI module and connecting the data to Pega Knowledge.
