Agile Studio interface to ALM for Test Cases/Defect Tracking

Looking to see if anyone has had success sending data back and forth between ALM and Agile studio as it relates to test cases and defect tracking. Looking to see if there is a standard mapping document that would have the common fields that would be passed between the 2 applications.

I had already read through all of that doc. I was looking to see if anyone had any real world examples of actually hooking up to ALM and what data mapping they used between the two.
