After delegating data type the report definition associated with it becomes uneditable

Problem is even after deleting the delgation instance the RD is still not editable, it appears to be in some sort of locked status.

I get the below error when i try to do a save on the RD

You are not authorized to create, modify, or lock instance RULE-OBJ-REPORT-DEFINITION XXXXX-Class-Name-XXXX DATATABLEEDITORREPORT #20180124T111821.258 GMT

PRPC Enterprise version: 7.2.2
