Admin.HRApps

Hi ,

I am using PEGA Open Excersize System 7.3, 7.4 , I did login using Admin.HRApps and Author.HRApps and I tried to change the operator ID after changing the operator ID I am not able to login using new Operator ID and Admin.HRApps and Author.HRApps.\

If I Login using Admin.HRApps and Author.HRApps its says ' The information you entered was not recognized ' If I want to login using Admin.HRApps and Author.HRApps How to revert my changes and How to delete my operator which i changed with new Operator ID.

Can someone guide me how to make these changes with Pega Open excersize system.

Raju,

You must be able to login to the Pega app to revert your changes.

Did you delete the admin.hrapps and author.hrapps operator IDs? Or, did you just change the password for those operator IDs. 

And, how did you create the new operator ID?

I’ll try to help, but my advice is to reset your exercise environment.
