Admin Option missing while creating Framework.

HI,

Its not showing Admin option in drop down its only showing Cosmos author while creating framework and implementation in PEGA PRPC 8.6 version. only single select option is available in drop down menu ie Cosmos Author. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue how to get the admin option .
