Adding Multiple OU to same LDAP directory

Can I add two OU's to Same Authentication service rule in the Directory Context , where i have access to only one OU in it, but still i need to login into the system. I tried to add the OU like below

OU=<one>,OU=<Two>,DC=<DC>,DC=<DC>, where I am part of first OU and not second OU. This is not allowing me to login . Can you please suggest a way forward to fix this issue.
