We are looking to add custom parameter(s) to GET requests initiated from the Customer Service portal to the PRPC server, and would like to find out whether there was any way to add this. The requirement is to be able to, for application monitoring purposes, differentiate requests to generic activities such as @baseclass.FinishAssignment so that we can track which part of the application initiated the request. For example, when submitting a service intent or wrap up action on the portal the request contains a parameter [email protected] Based on only GET parameters, we are unable to determine which service intent was submitted, so we would like to add a custom parameter to the GET request in order to track this.
Any suggestions on how this can be achieved?
