Add Task menu IU

HI, I'm looking for a way to customise the add task menu to add sub categories, at the moment we have a long list.

The picture that just shows add task - general the update customer, billing update ect.... is the one we currently use but want it looking like the screen shot with sub categories Account - Contact ect....
