Add Refresh section on context switch

Current Pega version: 8.2.5

Business Ask: Add notification counter of suggested articles on Pega KM icon on Interaction/service cases.

Hello, above business requirement is already provided in 8.3, in order to mimic the functionality in 8.2.5, we want to add refresh section during context switch in pega_cpm_IP_EventManager.js text file. Can you please provide any suggestions to add refresh section in context switch function?
