Add a link in a report that opens a modal

We have a requirement to add a hyperlink into a current report. The hyperlink would be on the employee name column. Upon click of the employee name in the report it would open a modal and information on that employee (name, manager, location, job name, other fields about the employee)

Is this supported in Pega Platform 8.3?
