How to send email using an activity?

  1. Check which email you are using as recipient. May be because of Organization firewall restriction you fail to receive mail outside defined domains. OR
  2. Check if you are calling SendEmailNotification activity to send email immediately or by a background agent. There could be an issue with background agent. OR
  3. Check the connectivity of the email account being used to send outbound emails.
