Activity to access BIX extract files

Hi,

I have followed the steps described in https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/data-management-and-integration/85/configuring-activity-access-bix-extract-files to access the extract files.

The activity is executing successfully, but it is giving an error stating "File not found".

Are there any restrictions for Pega Cloud users to download files using the above activity? Is the access restricted for on-premise users only?
