When I try to activate "Calendar Sync" on my Operator Profile, when I submit I get an error (a red band is displayed but no text. Only once I got the following text "java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 33, Size: 32")

And in the tracer I constantly get the errors :

- FAIL on step 7 of activity SUBSCRIBETOEWSPUSHNOTFICATIONS : Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "PegaFW-Data-SubscriptionData", EmailID = " Proprietary information hidden".

- SOAP SERVICE FAILED when calling the REST service EWSPushNotifications • Services • PushNotificationsListener : (Data-Admin-Operator-ID)Error :The SMTP address has no mailbox associated with it

I noticed my email ID doesn't exist in the class "PegaFW-Data-SubscriptionData" so I tried to create it, but I am not able to generate the .subscriptionID

Has anyone already encountered this issue? How can we create/generate a subcription data?
