Accessing treatment content from DB template rule for sharing action details to third party

Hi Team,

We would want to share the action details with third-party distributors. In this regard, we have a  question:

Is it expected that we just send the offer attributes to the 3rd party distributors and they would be creating the message content that has to be sent to the end customer/prospect?

or

Can we save the treatment content/message to the DB template so that the 3rd party distributor can directly send the treatment message/content that we saved, instead of framing it on their side?

@AbhilashKaligotla , typically for this type of use case, it’s expected that the 3rd party already has the content and Pega is only providing instructions on what content to use and supplying personalization data for that content, should any exist.
