Accessibility roles - design for read only fields

There are only a few roles available  for accessibility which in general reads the whole data - (label + field value) (eg combobox) available for pega 8.6.2 and therefore its reading every field on readonly as a combobox, when its not necessarily a combobox.

 

How should we design our application so that, the fields which are say checkbox/radiobuttons/RTE/text area/text fields in readonly mode, so that it will read out the entire information to the users while using a screen reader like NVDA?
