Access tab under user management

Hi, I downloaded pega personal edition 8.6 installer to learn the tool, I tried a first tutorial on the pega site and repeated the same in the local environment which I set for learning. I was just going through the personas and I see that I don't have the option "Access" when I click any of the persona on my local env but on Pega online env I see the option Access. May I know how can I enable this option?
