Access control policy not working on Reports in Report Browser

I created a public Report and added Filters for few columns. I also created Access control policy to show only certain workobjects which are assigned to the Current Operator. Report viewer should hide the workobjects that are not assigned to him. 

Access control policy works when current operator open the workobject which is not assigned to him. However the displayReport Section in Report viewer show it.

 

Please help me how to show subset of results in Report viewer based on When rules or policies.
