I make John enter a username and a password to log in pega, like "JohnSmith" and "passw0rd".

But, In pega, Operator ID rule is JohnSmithAA.

As a described above, entered text is different from Operator ID.

To resolve this case, I came up with creating an Authentication Service rule, type of Basic credentials.

And, I'm trying to change operator id "{username}" in Operator Identification section in Basic credentials tab.

Please tell me what property should I enter instead of {username} .
