Some of the our DB Table Sizes are way too high (Like 248 GB no MB) Esspeacially the Lob tables and PR_History table.
Does Pega have any job scheduler for PR_History and SYS_Lob tables? If its not how can we purge or clear the data from table? At also how many records should we proctect like "Last 1 months data is enough for PR_History table"
Didn't find any doc or guide for that. I'd very appericated for every little help

You could probably run a query to identify the largest tables in the DB. Sometimes a table like pr_history_rule can grow very large quickly. If you find something like this, after you confirm that you have a good backup, you (or the dba if it's not you) could create a query to delete records from this table that are older than x days, or something similar to that. If it's postgresql you could follow that up with a table vacuum.
