About Hierarchy visualization Tool enable

How to get Hierarchy visualization Tool enabled in our environment, incase we want to use it. 
Is it a plugin? Or Comes with the PRPC.

Have come across the document know-your-customer-714-standard-demonstration-guide.pdf which talks about Hierarchy Visualization tool. 
But could not see the steps/configuration in this document.

So Please suggest with some idea to get enable this tool.

The hierarchy visualization tool comes with KYC itself. 

Login with Kycfssysadmin/install and selecting the "Edit Relationships" local action launches the tool. 

The same has been mentioned in the guide as well. Please refer pages from 4-5 to 4-12.
