Hello,

Could you please check and confirm if you have correctly set Path and JAVA_HOME in the environment variable in your system.

Also please confirm from the Pega platform support guide if you are using correct version of java and jdbc driver.

nothing wrong with setup.

I have looked into PRPC_Rule jar file. config file has reference of file but package is not available. Looks like It's half baked media package.

Hello Bhushan,

If you're sure of it than probably downloading/requesting fresh installation media would help.

Also, are you performing the upgrade using command line utility of user interface?

i did. PRPC_rule package has all list of packages 190 file, however while upgrade script is executing, it's coming up with 189 files at temp extract location.

something Pega upgrade script is not behaving good matter.
