Property for value :Used to hold the value in the clipboard and used for other purposes.
Property for display Text:Used to display the value to the user.
For Ex: If we need to display the Employee details based on the EmployeeID. But the User is able to recognize the EmployeeName easily.But the mapping between the different table is with EmployeeID as it is Unique key.
In this scenario,Property for value: EmployeeID.
Property for display text: EmployeeName
