I think localization likely means translation. Is it correct?
It translates everything. I want to change only flamework if possible.

@Chuma you have not specified which Frameworks you need language packs for. For Customer Service you can see in the documentation that there are language packs.

For example Smart Investigate language pack also comes up if you search via Google.
