Database Query Timing Out in Push Queue Status Info Agent
Push Queue Status Info Agent throwing Database Timeout consistently in production, while trying to fetch System Queue Information from pr_sys_queues database table. This OOTB agent run for every 30 minutes, and while executing the 'ListQueueItems' ReportDefinition, the SQL query as attached is timing out after 30 seconds. We are using Pega 24.1.1 version.
The database table pr_sys_queues took 1 minute 21 seconds just to fetch 19 records.
