As part of our POC, we are working on integrating our application with AWS Connect using Pega Call.

We have successfully created a new CTI link in App Studio and are currently customizing the final rule of the Pega_cti_embeddedApi_AWSConnect JavaScript file. Our goal is to pass the Server URL dynamically rather than hardcoding it in the JS file.

Could anyone please advise on the recommended approach to achieve this? Specifically:

• How can we retrieve the Server URL from the CTI link configuration?
• Is there a standard method or API within Pega Call to access this value during runtime?

Any documentation or examples you could share would be greatly appreciated.
