One of my Pega Customers, Ministry for Primary Industries here in New Zealand have been doing online traning. The technical folk are working through the online training modules for Pega and have come up against the 30 day limit for the sandbox trials.

I do notice that you can extend it by 15 days but this is less than ideal as the people are fitting things in around their “day jobs” meaning that they can’t necessarily fit all their training needs within a 45 day window.

Is there anything we can do to get around this limit for MPI staff given that they are signed up, paying customer?
