The pxQueryString parameter does not get refreshed because Pega CM does not allow 'non Pega CM' parameters in the query string to survive form posts. When the login activity runs and the login screen is displayed the parameters from the URL are dropped. To retain these parameters you would need to map them to the clipboard using the pyQueryString parameter and then add them to the login screen. This way the parameters can be accessed when the user submits their credentials.
