We are currently working on setting up an acquisition-based application in which our client company is acquiring business from another organization. During this process, we need to set up the code (/app) we receive from them in our environment. The other company is using a client-managed cloud and has shared a database dump of the application, which includes rules and data schema.

I understand that Pega Cloud Support assists in importing the data schema for quick client migration to the cloud and typically prefers using an import utility for rules migration. Since we have a database dump from the other company, has anyone had experience in sharing the rules schema to Pega Cloud support team to start up the instance?

Any guidance or recommended approaches for importing the rules schema from a database dump in this situation would be greatly appreciated.
