Pega being a Workflow and Process automation tool, integrates with quite a few systems like, Core Banking, Middleware and needs to be hosted on the Infrastructure (Onprem/Cloud).

As part of the service management, in the ecosystem, there may be several issues related to Pega and its integrations and the end users will raise Incidents as part of raising issues.

The Support teams of Pega get bombarded with manual incidents for issues that are not within control of Pega, however, they need to be looked into to restore end to service.

The only way to notify end users and stakeholders is via channels like Teams, Outlook, SMS, etc.

Similar to the Atlassian tools, if there is a way to notify real-time via Banners on the Webpage of Pega, wherevein, can send push notifcations without requiring Change Management processess, this can provide significant reducing in Incidents and Callers and enable to support teams to focus their efforts on restoration sefrvices.

Can Pega provide some features native to the UI controls and to push these on the UI realtime without a need for any system restarts, etc.
